Nothing - unless I find you a rental. Commission is 10% for a week or a month. Multiple months' fees range from 5% - 8%.

We advertise on multiple sites, deal with all the emails and phone numbers associated with your rental, draft a lease agreement for you, and connect you to your renter. You sit back and let us do the work and all you have to do is get your home ready and wait for the lease agreement and the rent money.

You need to send me 12 - 15 good quality pictures of your rental home and work with me in designing a highlights' page for your property. Inform me when the property is available to ensure we don't double book it. Keep your rental vacation home in the condition that would make it a place that you would want to vacation in when you visit Arizona.
